Three different orders went unfulfilled for months until I wrote and asked; received no answer at first. Eventually got one answer, that they would check with the publisher. When I responded that this would not work with the used books I was trying to get, there was no response. I cancelled the orders and noted that I had already gotten one of the books elsewhere. Naturally, that book then arrived promptly although I do not want to have it. They do not respond to e-mails nor to telephone messages. Best to avoid this vendor.
