Maybe the industry needs to remember why it's the remaining medicine is not a for profit business, and should not be run like one. They are supposed to help people, not bankrupt them. That's what the banks do.
The attending employees were all very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire procedure explaining everything as it was being done. This included Tabatha the RN, Bridgette, Jeff and Linda the Nuclear Technicians, and Dr O'Neil. I would like to personally thank them for making this a pleasant experience for me.
Great Cardiac Rehab. - The two Michele's, Bridgett and the rest of the staff are attentive, professional and just the best medical crew I have ever dealt with. Great people, program and facility.
I recently brought my son into the hospital for an Echocardiogram. From the helpful people at the information desk to our friendly and informative Echo tech Kim, we had a great experience. We were in and out within a half hour!
My scheduled stress test went off without a hitch. In fact, there was a discrepancy with the prescription written for the test so the nurse took the time to contact my primary care provider to clarify the missing information instead of just canceling my test. It did delay my test for about one hour but was still completed in a reasonable time.
I am writing this as a thankful parent. I brought my son Jefferson into the ER on Thursday night. He had been suffering from abdominal pains for a couple days. My son is not an individual that enjoys doctor visits let alone hospital visits. We arrived and were greeted almost immediately and taken to triage where Nurse Vicky took his intake. We were taken back again almost immediately. Note: They were not very busy... Bonus. When brought to a bay the attending physician came in checked my son and ordered an ultrasound and x-ray. While waiting for him to be taken back for testing Nurse Will introduced himself. My son has extremely high anxiety in hospital situations. Will cracked a few jokes and held a conversation with my son as if he was generally interested in getting to know him. They talked and laughed and through it I noticed my son's anxiety begin to lessen. To anyone who has had an issue with emergency treatment I assure you this was one of the best experiences considering the circumstances and Nurse Will is a blessing and meant to do what he does. Thank you so much for your service.
Absolutely no empathy, no feelings, and they do not care about you, only their money. I called them to set up payment options for a bill and I didn't owe them enough money to warrant a longer plan. They have them and told me such, but balance owed had to be 200 bucks more. They want thousands from me, and won't let me get a cheaper monthly payment so I can afford it because I didn't use another 200 bucks worth of Medicine? If I had known that the time I thought I was dying, I would have asked for another one of those asprin with the 1000 dollar mark up because a pretty nurse brings it to you with a little cup of water.
