Awful experience! I had an appointment scheduled for an estimate... a man called stating he was one of the owners and the sales guy was stuck in traffic, reschedule... I received a call the next day from a lady in the office asking how the estimate went ... he was taken back when I said explained "one of the owners called...." Long story, the man definitely lied to me..." She stated she would send someone else out .. It was the same guy!!!! Hahaha ... he arrived late, never got on my roof, never measured said "I've been doing this long enough, I don't have to." Needless to say, he was 10 sq. Off from every other estimate, my husband and 4 neighbors (who have exact same homes.) ...
This is a review as a tenant of a rental home owned and managed by Kroll Construction. Currently at a week without heat in December with no urgency whatsoever from either Josh or Ron. Completely unacceptable and frankly irresponsible as a landlord.
If there was a no star option i would use it. Inexperienced sales staff will promise the world and then not deliver. It boggles my mind how they have the rating they have. must pay a company to write reviews. My roof and trim are still not done after 5 months but they got paid and no longer respond- learn from my terrible mistakes and go with a real company. manager Robert needs to learn to talk to people also. OH yea the new roof leaks !!!!!!! thanks so much - try and get them to warranty their work- laughable don't bother

This is one of the worst companies that I have ever tried to deal with. I'd give them zero stars; but I can't. They took a 33% deposit and when I called and called and called to schedule the job, no one would ever call me back. Then two months later a "VP" calls me and says they can't do the job and they'll refund my credit card immediately. Of course that never happened so had to work with the credit card company to get my money back.
I've had Kroll install windows in two of my homes and they have also remodeled a bathroom. I knew who to call for my picture window replacement. Reliable with competitive pricing and good job site clean-up. I will continue to recommend Kroll.
